Recruitment Agencies in Boston
The firm specializes in three disciplines; Accounting and Finance, Administrative and Human Resources.
Established in 1992.
Jack Manning founded Manning Personnel Group in 1992 after spending 20-plus years as both a client and a job candidate of many recruiting firms in the Boston area. One thing Jack recognized through his dealings with these firms was that they were only focused on making "the sale, " with little or no consideration for the best interests of their candidates and clients.
With this in mind, Jack turned his spare bedroom into an office and set about creating something different: a recruiting firm committed to forging relationships that matter. His would be a firm in which all parties trust one another, from client to recruiter to candidate, ultimately resulting in mutually beneficial, long-term relationships for all.
